COVID-19 Rules + Policy
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment, this is to secure the appointment time and ensure clients are serious about microblading.
Rebooking Policy: 72 hours notice must be given before the appointment to reschedule, if 72 hours notice is not given a new deposit will have to be paid before rebooking.
If a deposit is not paid and an appointment is cancelled in less then 72 hours notice a $50 late cancellation fee is due.
Late Policy: If you're more than15 minutes late to an appointment the appointment may be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule a new appointment at a different date. Deposits will be forefitted and another deposit will be required to book an appointment. These appointments are considered no show's
No show Policy: If you do not show up to your appointment and would like to rebook full payment of service is required at time of booking, and the previous deposit will be forefitted.
Payment types accepted: Cash, and credit card only
Healing is specific to each individual; many factors can influence the outcome of your brows during the healing process, such as aftercare, retention of pigment. There is NO guarantee of results, and a touch up appointment is required to reach optimal results. NO REFUNDS.
